Minggu ni ada kat Penang - just take time off after had two weeks hectic schedule - had been to KUL trice, drove, flew & drove again - in between flew to Singapore for two days meetings with counter-part and few customers. Last weekend I was in KUL stayed at AYSA's palace for two day - Special Thanks to AYSA! your kind hospitality is highly apprciated.

Semalam had round of golf at BJCC. Got to know new golf buddy Mamu Zack, Brother Zainon, Mad & Din. Prior to that, had 9 holes session. 1st time walking over 1st nine @ BJCC - what an cool experience!

So, what's the latest for now.

So many plans on the table pending to be executed ! among others :-

1. Caltex submission ? to submit proposal for proposed kiosk site in Kulim

2. Had decided to purchase one unit of shop lot @ Juru Auto City from PDC. 10 % already paid pending for site visit and rest of financing plan within one month from now.

3. contemplating to buy on private capacity Sri Acapella at Shah Alam, Section 13. To get AP to assist for site visit.

4. To acquire warehouse space @ Prai belongs to Ah Soon for new project of 230,000 sq ft warehouse capacity. Some big thing to be seen pretty soon.

5. My private plan with Public Mutual had minor setback due to new ruling set by EPF - no matter what, to pursue further ok.

6. K5 project for Schenker also coming very fast - How to take advantage ? and to acquire K1 & K2 from KTPC?

7. Customers are asking for more space but to no avail for now! positive setback so to speak in Kulim especially...

On a serious note, Ayah in Shah Alam is resting well despite of the suffering he is undergoing. Special prayers for him so that he is always in peace while battling through the current situation - Insya Allah.

Oh ya, we had our "Kenduri doa Selamat & Selamat Menyambut Maal Hijrah 1429" well done at KM Resort last 12th Jan 2008. As usual, Ustaz Aziz took the lead. Many guests had turned up like Tawfeek Bajneed & family, Tuan Haji Azmi & Wife, Sham our immediate neighbour, Mamu Ba Tok Sham, Ustaz Asraf & friend, Puan Hazlinda, Aman, Haziq, Untie Mon & the new baby born, Hakim all the way from KUL and not forgetting all relatives, friends of Amirah etc.

Thanks to everyone who came and spent their times to celebrate the above occassion together!

Those guests from KUL had special treatment to tour Pen island and had couple of stops enjoying Ais Gunung @ Balik Pulau route and Laksa Pen and Bt Ferringgi. They also managed to buy some designers goods at the infamous night market at Bt Ferringgi - to make the whole journey worth spending...
