The journey continues...

had a good cycling around Georgetown this morning.

left KM resort just before 7.30am and the day still dark here - for muslims you still can perform your morning prayers until 7.31am.

traffic was quite heavy along datuk keramat road. seen many difference facet of people. they sent their kids to school on motorbike, cars, school buses etc. many also heading to their work places.

turn to johor road before turning to anson road against the traffic flow. made another turn to macalister road heading to komtar. then, upon reaching Pakistan Mosque, made a turn to ....... (forgotten the name of the road) hading to Burma road.

from burma road, turned to New World inner road to hutton lane where i saw school children starting their day at Wellesley Primary School. headed to Sultan Ahmad Shah road and turned to Citibank heading to Gurney Drive against the traffic flow.

made a pit stop to paramount hotel area where i used to have dinner with friends and family at ocean green seafood restaurant - they serve superb cheese crab here ya :D.

however, never visit this place in the morning. thought of to relex overlooking the sea from here but could not materilased as i was chased away by a barking dog :(

continue from here to Gurney drive along Jalan Sultan Ahmad shah. hit kelawei road and made a pit stop at uob bank before passed through Plazzaro Condo and newly mosque still under contsruction - will be ready by aug 2011 as per the signboard.

turned to solok jones heading to pulau tikus. passep by bankok lane and had decided not to buy the best "mee mamak" in town. guess has to reserve this special menu only over the weekend ya.

made another pit stop at pbb before by default bought best "apom teloq" in town by the junction of pulau tikus traffic light. noticed this location is ideal to sell killer dishes!

passed through  pulau tikus wet market and headed to Penang GH through .......... road.

back to datuk keramat road near tram road. turned to lorong kulit - the buzzling business area from small traders. bought AAA battery here for nyy.

the new discovery of the day was when i followed a made made bridge or fondly known as "titi lengkung" over sg pinang. as a non-penangite, i was surprised the moment i passed through this road, i have discovered on my left is "Kampong P. Ramlee". wow ! what a day.

heading back through sg pinang road against the traffic flow. turned to kampong rawa road before turn to Pattani road. final turn to KM resort via the back road at aound 8.35am.

It was a shivering evening at around 4 degree celcius. She was confident to climb without glove. But lucky enough to be resqued by her ayah.

What a panoramic view! she was there with her ayah on 1st Nov 2010.

Antara Hari Kebesaran Dalam Islam

12 Rabiulawal antara hari keramat umat Islam sedunia.

Ingat lagi masa tu baru nak kenal dunia di usia 12 tahun. Merayu kat arwah ayah belikan baju melayu sebab ustazah kata budak aZul telah di pilih untuk berhimpun dan berarak sambil membaca salawat ke atas junjungan besar Nabi Muhamad SAW.

Rasanya Mak telah memainkan peranan besar dalam memujuk ayah membelikan baju melayu aZul. Maklumlah, raya lama lagi, top-top kena belikan baju Melayu baru kat budak bertuah yang sorang ni. Mungkin ayah rasa macam tak sedap hati pasal ada 4 lagi anak-anaknya yang juga layak untuk dapat baju baru.

Sampai hari, aZul pun menyarungkan baju Melayu putih dengan samping hijau barunya. Mungkin hari tu aZul perasan dialah remaja paling tampan di seluruh Malaya :D

Tak de kesan yang ketara di hati aZul semasa berarak waktu itu melainkan ada ramai orang berhimpun di padang. Lepas tu di beri makan & minum tanpa pengisian yang jelas.

Tapi yang paling penting sekali, sehingga hari ini aZul tidak akan lupa tarikh 12 Rabiul Awal adalah tarikh keramat lahirnya insan hebat yang telah membawa sinar ke alam maya ini.

kini aZul menyedari, setelah lebih 3 1/2 dekad, insan kamil ini perlu terus didekati dan difahami serta dikasihi dengan sepenuh jiwa dan raga. Bukan hanya sekadar berarak bila tiba hari sambutan kelahirannya.

Walaupun Kekasih Allah swt ini telah lama meninggalkan kita, namun khazanah peninggalannya perlu kita sama-sama cari & di amal semoga kita mencapai kejayaan di dunia & Akhirat!
