1. Must be good leader of frightened people
2. Must have financial acumen
3. strong administrative skill
4. Thrust, and the courage to fire non-performer
5. Good salesman - responsible bringing new clients
6. Must be resilient in adversity
7. Above all, must have physical stamina to work > than 12 hours daily, dine out several times a week and spend half of his/her time in airplanes / travelling.
The morale of the story, today is my 1st day in my life not to be known as employee anymore :)FYI, I'm now a business owner and in the midst of taking small steps preparaing myself towards the above direction.
